How do I get my prescription from you?
In order for us to dispense and deliver your prescription, you need to nominate us as your pharmacy. You can ring us on 01704 835500 to ask us to do this, send us a message with your details, or you can ask your doctors surgery to do this for you.
Do you offer the Care at the Chemist service?
Yes. Our Care at the Chemist scheme is the quickest and easiest way to get advice and treatment from a health professional for a wide range of everyday illnesses and ailments – without even setting foot in your doctor’s surgery.
Can I ring the pharmacy for advice even if I am not a patient of yours?
Absolutely. We're always happy to help anybody who needs it.
